Joshua Dennis, CPA, MBA
Joshua Dennis, CPA, is a Managing Director for ABA Advisors and lives in Bloomington, Indiana. He currently represents practice owners located throughout the entire United States. After extensive experience, including working at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, Joshua became a full service CPA firm owner by acquiring an existing practice with a staff of seven and over 600 clients. Joshua grew the practice over several years and then sold it. Having personal firm ownership and transaction experience puts Joshua in an ideal position to help others looking to acquire or divest an accounting practice.
Additionally, Joshua also serves the accounting profession as an award-winning faculty Senior Lecturer at Indiana University. Since 2015, Joshua has taught courses in accounting, information systems, and project management. Joshua earned his MBA from Indiana University and his BA in Accounting from Hillsdale College. Joshua is a member of the Association of International Certified Public Accountants, a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and long time UltraTax user.
Joshua has two sons, enjoys sailing, playing the bass guitar, and travelling.
